interested in therapy - but worried about the cost?
equity pricing - a community based model for healthcare services
Offering an equitable sliding scale aligns with my values of accessibility and equity in mental health care. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health support, regardless of their financial situation.
I'm really excited to be able to offer this to clients, because it will make mental health care accessible to a wider range of people. I'm committed to providing everyone with the same high-quality care you've come to expect from me - irrespective of your financial situation.

how do i know it’s time to try therapy?
We can get pulled into and swept away by our intense emotions, self-defeating thought patterns, and painful experiences and memories. Sometimes we have to wear so many masks that it becomes challenging to know who really is under those masks. Other times we just feel…stuck.
Clients that enjoy working with me want to get to know themselves more, learn ways to cope with the chaos of their internal and external experiences, and learn to live a meaningful and full life. It can be scary to admit we want these things, but there may be a part of you that resonates with these statements.
what type of therapy does brittany offer?
Therapy is not a monolith, and there are many ways to approach therapy - both as the client and the therapist. An important part of finding a therapist is talking with them, and discussing wether their approach is a good fit for what you’re looking for in therapy work.
Modalities & practices that I tend to incorporate in therapy are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, parts work & inner child work, as well as attachment theory & mindfulness skills. Areas I specialize in and focus on with clients is : Anxiety, Stress, CPTSD/Complex Trauma, and navigating neurodivergence.
What is ACT and Brainspotting?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT is an evidence-based therapy that helps you develop psychological flexibility to navigate life's challenges. Instead of fighting unwanted thoughts and feelings, ACT teaches you to accept them as part of the human experience. By clarifying your values and committing to actions aligned with those values, you can build a rich and meaningful life, even in the presence of discomfort.
Brainspotting Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body therapy that helps to identify, process, and release deep-seated trauma and emotional pain. It works by using specific eye positions ("brainspots") that access areas in the brain where distressing experiences are stored. This focused attention allows for a profound, natural healing process, often leading to significant emotional and physical relief.
is brittany the right therapist for me?
I really enjoy working with adult individuals who identify as LGBTQIA2S+, queer, ADHD, Autistic, neurodivergent, twice-exceptional (2E) or gifted—whether currently thriving in their brilliance or feeling burnt out from the pressures of being “gifted” in the past.
I also find joy in connecting with those who are creative, artistic, alternative, or anyone who has ever felt like an outsider, misfit, or “other” in life. My goal is to create a welcoming and affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported. I’m so glad you’ve found my page, and I’m looking forward to getting to know you.
