Women’s Issues, Feminism, & Sacred Rage

A space to stop shrinking, unpack systemic fatigue, and turn your anger into a compass for healing.

If you are exhausted from holding everything together, feeling like your worth is tied to how self-sacrificing you can be, or carrying a simmering, subterranean rage that you’ve been taught to swallow—you are not crazy, broken, or "too much." You are responding normally to an oppressive world.

Women and folks socialized as women are routinely taught to silence their needs, ignore their body’s signals, and police their emotions. We are expected to manage the emotional labor of everyone around us while remaining polite, palatable, and calm.

When anger inevitably surfaces, society labels it as "irrational," "hysterical," or dangerous. In this practice, we view your rage differently: as a wise, protective response to crossed boundaries, unfair burdens, and systemic injustice.

I offer feminist, somatic-focused telehealth therapy for women, transwomen and non-binary folks who are ready to drop the mask of perfectionism, honor their full emotional range, and step out of chronic burnout.

Anger is Information. Let’s Listen to It.

Common Areas We Explore

  • Repressed Rage & Irritability: Unpacking the sudden snaps, resentment, or deep irritation that happen when you’ve swallowed your boundaries for too long.

  • The "Good Girl" Conditioning & People-Pleasing: Deconstructing the compulsive need to make others comfortable at the expense of your own physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

  • The Mental Load & Caregiver Burnout: Navigating the invisible, relentless labor of anticipating, planning, and managing household, emotional, and relational logistics.

  • Perfectionism & Body Surveillance: Unhooking from societal body standards, aging anxieties, and the exhausting performance of femininity.

  • Internalized Misogyny & Self-Doubt: Identifying the subtle ways societal misogyny becomes an internal voice telling you you're dramatic, bossy, or needy.

  • Setting Boundaries Without Guilt: Learning to say a clear, unapologetic "no" and tolerating the discomfort of other people’s disappointment.

Moving Beyond "Self-Care" Clichés

Traditional therapy often treats the distress caused by sexism, misogyny, and patriarchy as an individual mental defect—telling you to practice "better self-care," do more bubble baths, or fix your "thinking traps."

We don't do that here.

We look at the bigger picture. We name the external structures that are wearing you down—patriarchal expectations, the mental load, weaponized incompetence, gendered racial dynamics, and body surveillance—so you can stop blaming yourself for the exhaustion you feel.

Your anger isn't a flaw in your personality; it’s a sign that your boundaries have been breached and your human limits ignored. You don't have to keep carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders while smiling through the burn.

Let’s build a space where you can express your anger safely, stop performing, and reclaim your power.
